A Look Back at Persephone Studios

It’s been a little over a year since I closed my photography business due to Covid. While the break has been unexpected and bittersweet, I’ve surprisingly enjoyed the time away from my camera. It’s been a much needed break from burn-out.

When I named my photography business Persephone Studios, it was always my intention to go onto selling more than just photography. I started offering graphic design work, website design, fine art, and highly customizable products sourced from all over the world. I loved presenting the final product to my clients and knowing that it was something they would cherish.

While I’m still taking a break from taking on client work, I wanted to upload some of my previous work over the last five years under the category Photography > Clients. Some of my most favorite work involved baptisms and photographing babies, children, and families - which unfortunately, I do not often share on my websites for client privacy reasons.

Below is a Reveal Session from a personal branding photoshoot. Each print is a 7x10 print matted in an 11x14. The matted and mounted prints are selected for purchase and then safely stored in a handmade leather box customized from a studio I work with in Italy. Printing my work and sharing it in this way is the best part of the photography session, in my opinion. Digitals often get lost, but your prints will be cherished.
